Medicii sustin ca acesta a intrat în coma. Agresorul, pe numele sau, Daniel Uta, zis „Danezu“, de 21 de ani este un recidivist care face parte din clanul interlop „Ghenosu“, o grupare de tip mafiot, care controleaza activitatea infractionala din municipiul Targoviste. Seful clanului Ghenosu, Florin Parjol, a fost arestat anul trecut pentru fapte deviolenta si activităti criminale, dar a fost scapat de un judecator, care acum se afla in arest pentru luare de mita. Comisarul Sef al IPJ Dambovita, Vasile Tache a anuntat ca „s-a dispus inceperea urmaririi penale sub acuzatia de tentativa de omor, iar in acest moment persoanele in cauza sunt cercetate“. El a specficicat că politia este pe urmele agresorului, care a disparut dupa fapta comisa. Comisarul sef a declarat ca politistul lovit este angajat al Serviciului de investigare a criminalitătii din IPJ Dambovita si el se afla in momentul incidentului , in afara programului, intr-un local.
„In momentul in care a ajuns la grupul sanitar a fost lovit cu un obiect contondent in cap“, a precizat Tache. Surse din politia damboviteana sustin ca este un caz de razbunare, deoarece politistul lovit l-ar fi anchetat, anul trecut, pe agresor intr-un dosar de lovire a unei tinere, fata sefului de post din Pietrosita. In primavara anului trecut, o tanara de 19 ani, a ajuns la spital dupa ce a fost sechestrata si batuta de fostul ei prieten.
