Actiune de amploare a procurorilor DIICOT demarata joi impotriva unei grupari care dadea tunuri imobiliare in Bucuresti. Trei avocati, un director de la o sucursala bancara si un arhivar sef in cadrul Serviciului de Carte Funciara al Sectorului 1 Bucuresti au fost pusi sub acuzare, pentru o frauda de un milion de euro.

Procurorii DIICOT au efectuat joi dimineata 47 de perchezitii in Bucuresti, fiind retinute 45 de persoane, care au fost duse la audieri.

Infractorii identificau imobile situate in Bucuresti – terenuri cu/fara constructie aferenta, nelocuite si aflate in stare de conservare ori aflate in paragina, falsificau titlurile de proprietate, certificate de mostenitor sau diverse alte acte notariale, precum si acte de identitate, cu complicitatea unor functionari din cadrul institutiilor statului cu atributii in domeniul cadastrului si publicitatii imobiliare, precum si a unor persoane care aveau cunostinte de specialitate in domeniul confectionarii de stampile si alte insemne.

Cu actele falsificate, ei inselau investorii ce doreau sa cumpere terenurile sau obtineau fraudulos imprumuturi bancare.

Anchetatorii au descoperit ca gruparea a reusit, in perioada 2008-2010, sa insele 10 persoane cu sume cuprinse intre 100.000 si 400.000 de euro.
