/ Actualitate / ”Danezu” sustine ca l-a lovit din greseala pe politist
George Daniel Uta, zis ”Danezu”, incearca prin diferite metode, la sfaturile avocatului sau, Dumitru Popa, sa scape de arestul preventiv si de acuzatiile de tentativa de omor cu premeditare. El le-a declarat anchetatorilor ca, in momentul in care se afla intr-un local din Targoviste, l-a confundat pe politist cu o cunostinta de a lui, ca nu vrut sa se razbune pe omul legii si ca nu i-a dat cu o sticla de vin in cap, ci cu un alt obiect.
Tribunalul Dambovita a decis ieri sa emita un mandat de arestare pentru 29 de zile pe numele lui George Daniel Uta.
El a fost retinut de politistii de la trupele speciale in noaptea de duminica spre luni, intr-o locuinta din cartierul bucurestean Rahova, unde se afla ascuns la prietena lui. In momentul retinerii, Daniel Uta se afla sub influenta drogurilor si a bauturilor alcoolice. De altfel, dupa ce a fost bagat in duba, i s-a facut rau si a fost dus pentru cateva ore la spital.
Intre timp, politistul agresat de ”Danezu” se zbate intre viata si moarte, aflandu-se in coma profunda. Medicii sunt rezervati in privinta sanselor de supravietuire.
