Aceste mijloace de transport, cu o capacitate de 16 locuri vor fi distribuite in special scolilor din mediul rural, acolo unde este mai mare nevoie de ele. O initiativa laudabila chiar si in perioada de criza, tinand cont de nevoile scolii romanesti.
Insa, aceasta intentie este umbrita de interesele financiare manifestate de unii lideri ai partidului de guvernament. Surse din cadru PDL ne-au declarat ca “este bataia pestelui ‘ in partid pentru cine va distribui aceste microbuze.
Astfel, mai multi ministrii ar dori ca prin firmele lor sa fie cumparate aceste miljoace de transport, ceea ce demonstreaza faptul ca licitatia este doar de ochii lumii, iar castigatorul contractului este deja dinainte stiut. Insa, din cauza faptului ca sunt din ce in ce mai putini bani publici pentru achizitii, competitia in PDL este din ce in ce mai mare. Se vehiculeze nume precum Adriean Videanu , Radu Berceanu sau Vasile Blaga care ar dori, prin firme intermediare sa preia aceasta afacere.

A fost numit domnul ministru Miclea, poate cel mai integru ministru al nostru, eu sunt profesoară, a fost urmat de ministrul Hârdău care, pentru a-şi plasa microbuzele şcolare a dat dispoziţie să fie desfinţate şcoli, pe atunci ca director de şcoală m-am opus, s-a opus şi primarul şi consilierii locali. Domnul ministru Hârdău a fost nobil şi, în anul următor, le-a lăsat mână liberă unor inspectorate şcolare să achiziţioneze ele microbuzele. Ştiu asta, pentru că erau foarte fericiţi cei din conducerea ISJ Prahovaa. Bănuiţi singuri de ce.
