Judecatorii Tribunalului Bucureşti au considerat ca Doru Parv, fostul realizatorul de la OTV cercetat pentru santaj, poate fi judecat in stare de libertate. Initial, Judecatoria Sectorului 1 a respins cererea sa de eliberare sub control judiciar, dar instanta superioara a decis punerea lui in libertate dupa sase saptamani de detentie.
Parv nu are voie sa parasesca localitatea de domiciliu si nu are voie sa ia legatura cu celelalte personane cercetate in dosar. Desi este recidivist si a mintit pe tot parcursul anchetei, Parv a gasit indulgenta la magistrati.
Fostul “clarvazator” de la OTV Doru Parv este cercetat alaturi de patronul postului, Dan Diaconescu, dupa ce l-ar fi santajat pe primarul comunei Zarand, Ion Mot.
Diaconescu si Parv au fost arestati in data de 23 iunie 2010, patronul postului de televiziune fiind eliberat dupa doua zile, in timp ce “clarvazatorul” Parv a ramas in arest pana miercuri. Conform DNA, in perioada iulie-septembrie 2009, Dan Diaconescu l-a ameninţat pe primarul comunei aradene Zarand, Ion Mot, direct si prin intermediul lui Dorel Parv, realizator la OTV sa ii dea 200.000 euro pentru a nu dezvalui “opiniei publice fapte reale sau imaginare compromitatoare pentru persoana respectiva, cum ar fi detinerea unei importante averi nejustificate sau efectuarea de tranzactii imobiliare ilicite’, potrivit unui comunicat al DNA. Procurorii sustin ca primarul ar fi platit 30000 euro si 4200 lei lui Doru Parv.
