/ Exclusiv / Americanul Michael Stanciu castiga un contract cu Primaria Capitalei de 1 milion de lei
Primaria Capitalei angajeaza o firma controversata pe post de dirigente de santier pentru refacerea si modernizare a 14 bulevarde din Bucuresti. Primarul general Sorin Oprescu scoate peste 1 milion de lei din bugetul local doar pentru consultanta si supervizare a unor lucrari de infrastructura. Beneficiarul este romano-americanul Michael Stanciu, un abonat la contractele cu statul.
Fericita societate este SC Search Corporation care apartine lui Michael Stanciu, societate care a castigat din 1991 numeroase contracte cu statul. De altfel, aceasta firma a avut exclusivitate in consultata asigurata pentru infrastructura din Romania. Mai toate guvernele care s-au perindat pe la Palatul Victoria au băgat in buzunarul lui Stanciu aproape 1 miliard de euro.

Desi autoritatile au constat deficienta in activitatea SC Search Corporation, Compania Nationala de Autostrazi a aranjat licitatiile pentru ca aceasta firma sa castige alte contracte pentru asigurarea consultatei la centura Bucurestiului, dar si la numeroase drumuri judetene din toate zonele tarii.
De asemenea, SC Search Corporation a primit contracte pentru asigurarea consultantei unor proiecte de fluidizare a traficului in Cluj Napoca sau de deblocare a arterelor din centrul Constantei.
A pus mana pe un institut de proiectare de stat
Michael Stanciu a reusit datorita influentelor la nivel inalt sa puna mana in 1991, in urma unui simulacru de privatizare, pe Institutul de proiectare pentru transport auto, navale si aeriene, infiintat pe vremea lui Ceausescu, transformat apoi in societatea pe actiuni SC Iptana SA.
Iptana SA a obtinut, la randul sau, numeroase contracte de consultanta pe lucrari de refacerea a infrastructurii, prin toata tara. Un raport al Curtii de Conturi din 2006 atragea atentia ca SC Iptana SA a creat bugetului de stat, pe vremea guvernarii Nastase, un prejudiciu 215 miliarde de lei.
Mai mult, Stanciu a fost in atentia DNA, procurorii anticoruptie facand cercetari asupra derularii unor contracte incheiate cu cei de la Compania Nationala de Autostrazi si Drumuri Judetene.
In Bucuresti, SC Search Corporation si Iptana au primit contracte de consultanta pentru refacerea infrastructurii de transport urban, pentru modernizarea Pietei Eroilor Revolutiei, sau pentru refacerea pasajului subteran de la Doamna Ghica.

Cateva neclaritati; ba activeaza din anul 1991, ba a fost lansata de Mitrea(2001); pomeniti de Iptana asa cum ati pomeni de alimentara din coltul strazii si-i puneti in carca un raport de al CConturi, fara a face referire la solutionarea controlului (s-a furat sau nu, este paguba si se afla in judecata , etc ). Nu aduceti o minima explicatie in privinta participarilor la licitatii si castigarea acestora.
